ANC 5B holds COW meetings at 6:30pm on the first Wednesday of every month. These meetings are intended to serve as executive planning sessions to help commissioners prepare and plan for the Commission’s monthly meetings.

So long as a quorum of commissioners is present (i.e., three out of five ANC 5B Commissioners), these meetings are required by law to be open to the public. Notice of the meeting must provided in at least two places at least seven days in advance of the scheduled meeting. Any resident may attend.
